Available at nine outdoor locations across the city, each session is packed full of high intensity drills and routines designed to get hearts pumping faster than a youngster at a boy band concert. The boot camp spirit is maintained as the team offers assault courses and more, using a variety of exercises to engage all major muscle groups.
