With a focus on wellbeing and complementary therapeutic techniques, In The Moment puts wayward bodies back on the path to enlightenment with a range of uplifting alternative treatments. Limbs will limber up with weekend workshops or one- off classes in exercises including Tai Chi, Meditation, or Kundalini yoga. A variety of courses and workshops are also available to help yogis reach a better understanding of self as well as furthering patience, empathy, and humbleness.
Aspiring yogis will each receive eight yoga sessions from a selection of five different styles, with a unifying emphasis on learning in an uncompetitive, harmonious space. Customers can opt for a combination of the all-encompassing Yin yoga, Yoga flow, Meditation, or Relaxation & Meditation classes, depending on individual needs. Morning and evening classes are available and it is advised that customers bring their own mats, although a limited number will be available to borrow for each session.
