Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. They really couldn't do enough for you. Meals were good particularly the breakfasts with freshly prepared local produce which set you up for the day.

From the arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Our bags were taken upstairs, our room was spotless and the service in the dining room and bar were excellent. This is a very pleasant and atmospheric hotel and our room (room 9) had a beautiful view of the bridge and river.
