Representing the many rich flavours of the East with its pan-Asian cuisine, Bar Soba gets mouths watering with its sushi, curries, and noodle dishes, as well as its Asian-inspired takes on burgers and wraps. The two locations are defined by sleek and stylish décor, with Manga and graffiti-style art dominating the walls of the Byres Road branch, and serene, ambient lanterns overlooking the central Mitchell Lane bar. Both house an extensive cocktail list, and opens its doors to private parties for special occasions. 
Two peckish patrons will receive a mixed platter of 16 pieces of sushi, and groups of four will get 32. Though the exact dishes will vary according to supply, the platter could consist of California Maki: fresh crab meat with cucumber, avocado and toasted sesame seeds (£5.50), as well as tuna (£6.50) or salmon nigiri (£6.00). A vegetarian platter is available as a substitute, and could include the Vegetable Dragon Roll (£3.75), made of roasted red pepper, cucumber, avocado and spicy Japanese mayonnaise. To wash it all down, guests will be able to sip on a peach, raspberry or passion fruit Bellini cocktail each (£6.25).
