B+B Edinburgh has received some encouraging reviews, with Trip Advisors awarding their stay a superb 4.5/5 stars. While visitors noted the lack of laundry services or nearby Laundromats, reviews are overall very positive, and heap praise upon the hotel’s unique charm, prime location and accommodating staff.
5/5 stars. My sisters and I stayed in a room here, the room was huge with 3 beds, couch and lots of space. It was absolutely lovely and walking distance to downtown. I would definitely stay there again!

We arrived 6 hours before chek-in [sic] time & were heartily welcomed and accomodated [sic] immediately. Rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, with high moulded ceilings and large beautiful windows overlooking the city and river. English breakfast (substantial and tasteful) was served in a gorgeous room with fireplace & balcony. Hotel is located in a quiet district, it takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to Princess street &15-20 min. to Royal Mile… For the best view choose thr [sic] rooms overlooking Belford Rd.
