Dishes are served with a panache in a charming Glasgow townhouse, resplendent in fine, minimalist features and chic décor.
Aspirant culinary creators are greeted by a bottle of Cobra beer, glass of house wine or soft drink. Led by the kitchen’s head chef, a fully interactive hour session commences allowing participants to learn about the ingredients, methods of cooking and then finally creating the perfect Haggis pakora. Commending all their handy hard work, bellies will be filled with a set three course meal before leaving with a copy of the pakora recipe to master in home kitchens.
