The restaurant is a host of Edwardian remnants detailing from chandeliers and stained glass to ornate moulding and timber panelling. The lively Ceilidh will be held in the exquisite ballroom on the top floor, with its elaborate high arched ceiling the Grand Ballroom really is the jewel in Sloans's crown, complete with parquet flooring, gilt cornicing and ornate stained-glass windows. This stunning room is perfect for some serious dancing.

You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to the other main event - the British meal.
