Food and dance enjoy a close relationship, with diced tomatoes used to inspire salsa and mixed spices a shoe-in for tapas. Eat to a beat with today's Groupon: £20 for an authentic Tapas meal for two with eight dishes and olives to share and a glass of sangria each at Torres Tapas.
Part of Glasgow's renowned Kama Sutra Group, Torres Tapas radiates authentic Spanish tastes and ambience from its belly-warming restaurant in the city’s heart. The deep mahoganies and garden greens of the Mediterranean quintessential entice intrepid taste-buds, while traditional Iberian beats season the air. Holiday atmosphere is evoked by warm, russet walls while flame-yellow lighting and bare-brick walls welcome diners intro a traditional eating experience.
Welcomed with two large glasses of Sangria and a ramekin of olives to share, guests will be seated in the ambient eatery to enjoy an authentic tapas dinner. With a choice of eight dishes between them, diners could opt for dishes including gambas pil-pil, king prawns with olive oil, chilli and garlic (£4.35), queso de cabra al horno, grilled goats' cheese with chilli marmalade (£4.15), or chorizo frito al vino, spicy Spanish sausage with red wine (£3.95).
Diners have noted the friendly, efficient staff and varied menu at Torres. Yelpers scored an average of 4/5, while other customers were impressed by the excellent food served.
Torres swaggers into the ring with a hearty and delicious menu served up in a fanciful and welcoming setting. They've ever-so-slightly tailored things to the British palate (black pudding and mayonnaise make an appearance) while still keeping it real, Spanish style. The mini chicken paella is inspired.

Fabulous food. I've been to this restaurant several times and keep going back as the food is great. I can only speak for the veggie options, but there are loads to choose from and the waiters are really friendly. I think it's great value for money and in fact I'm going back tomorrow.
