Clapping their hands and stamping their feet, the dancers at Ally’s Zumba applaud energetic workouts and a multitude of musical styles. The dance-fitness sessions are suitable for learners of all abilities, and include Zumba Gold, Seated Zumba and ZumbAtomic. Ally will lead her students through five Zumba classes, lasting 45-60 minutes each. Pupils will participate in simple routines to a backdrop of inspiring Latin beats. Lessons will take place on consecutive weeks, and learners can spring into step at a choice of five different venues.
