The Hotel
Sandwiched between green parklands and Mediterranean waters, the GBB Hotel Front Maritim reflects its roots with a restaurant serving Catalonian as well as international fare. To head further into the centre, a quick hop on the Metro from Poblenou or Selva del Mar will put you within easy reach of popular spots including the iconic Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s famous unfinished church. A walk down central Las Ramblas is also bound to entertain with its busy cavalcade of painted living statues, bars, and off-the-wall street performers on duty both day and night.

Lovely staff, clean rooms with everything you need. There's no pool but it's a stone’s throw from the beach, which is very nice. Perfect distance from the city, about 8 Euros away. Best of both worlds, beach and city right on your doorstep. Few pubs/bar either side which are reasonable. Would definitely recommend and consider if returning to Barcelona.
