Synopsis

When Sam and Molly are mugged one night, Sam is left dead on the street, trapped as a ghost unable to leave Molly behind. Communicating with her through a psychic, Sam tries to protect her from the grave danger she is in.

About The Show

A dazzling display of masterful visuals and bold lyrics, the stage production of this classic film lights up with Rob Howell's sets and Jon Driscoll's video designs. Set in the bustling foray of Manhattan life, the screens conjure the mad rush off the city from towering concrete canyons to the incessant city crowds. Sharon D. Clarke tends to steal the show as Oda Mae Brown, the psychic with a powerful voice and stirring presence.

Reviews

Ghost The Musical was rated 4.5/5 by TripAdvisors, while critics from both The Guardian and The Independent rated the show 3/5. Though critics have not reviewed the show of late, praise from reviewers went to the show's visual effects and adherence to the film.

The effects they created with the light walls were contemporary and interesting. Some of the scenes from the movie were transformed into a live performance quite brilliantly. It was like watching a magic show at some point [sic].

What a performance from start to finish it was fantastic, the special effects were really good and the singing brought me out in goose bumps.
