With a supermodel fashion sense and cutting-edge design, the KUBE Hotel is tucked away in a narrow Parisian street, complete with rows of cream-coloured apartments, balconies with cracked flowerpots, and all the sites and sounds of the 18th arrondissement. Vespas zip down winding streets and heart-warming smells of freshly-baked croissants fill the air of the French capital, itself replete with world-famous art galleries, historical edifices and museums. As night falls, the boulevards of the city are lit up by the sounds of overtures emanating from opera houses and grand ballet productions, accompanied by the shimmering silhouette of the Eiffel Tower.

The Hotel

An urbane retreat on the outskirts of Paris, the four-star KUBE Hotel awakens the senses with its geometric design, neon lighting, and luxurious amenities. The establishment is laid out with 41 en suite bedrooms decked out with clean-cut and contemporary interiors, king-sized beds, and walls of cubic glass panels. Spreading its culinary credentials across two floors, the restaurant embraces the notion of the au courant with deep charcoal décor and the illuminating glow of optic fuchsia lighting as it serves up buffet breakfasts, light lunches, and elegant evening dinners. The Ice KUBE Bar sends a chill through the air with walls sculpted of glaciers and a colourful concoction of vodka mixers, while the bar lounge keeps things relaxed with faux fur loungers and freshly-brewed cups of café noir.

Groupon Recommends

With the city centre around a 20 minute metro ride away, scale the heights of Paris by climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower, before flagging down a taxi and heading towards The Louve, Notre Dame, and the Musée d'Orsay. Seek out the museums, mansions, and the authentic Jewish restaurants down the narrow, cobbled streets of Marais, making a quick stop at the Place des Vosages, the former apartment of writer Victor Hugo. Shopaholics can fill their bags within the glass-roofed shopping galleries of Les Passages Couverts, before stopping off at a Parisian patisserie to sink their teeth into a box of pastel-hued macarons.

Reviews

The Kube Hotel received 3/5 from TripAdvisors. While some opinions have varied on the service and surrounding area, visitors complimented the hotel’s modern décor, Ice Bar and high tech facilities.

The ice bar experience was really neat. The hotel has a cool modern decor and the fingerprinting room key was awesome - nothing to lose.

The bed is very comfortable and you are given furry slippers. There is also a ps3 and you can ask for DVDs and games for this. The room was cleaned perfectly daily.
