About The Tour
Traversing the quintessentially English terrain of the Cotswolds, this full-day tour takes in rural sights and sounds with a two-course lunch stop-off. The day begins in the town of Burford where the small tea houses lining streets built on Cotswold stone can be visited at leisure. Next on the agenda will be The Swan Hotel in Bibury, a former coaching inn nestled in a village that was favoured by the artist William Morris and where the two-course lunch will be enjoyed. After making more village tracks through Bourton-on-the-water, the coach will make its way to the literary hotspot of Stratford-upon-Avon. A short walking tour will take visitors past Shakespeare’s birthplace and finish up with strawberry scones and refreshments at Halls Croft.
