Red brick and period features make for a charming setting, with the landscaped grounds blossoming with beautiful gardens. The elegant oak-panelled dining room is home to fine-dining fare with two AA rosettes proudly pinned to its chest, and the Calico café bar sits in the grand conservatory with a piano tinkering out pleasant tones.
Groupon Recommends
Enjoy some English countryside living and take a stroll through the leafy-green neighbourhood and marvel at some of the lavish, local abodes of premiership footballers and actors alike. Seek out a golf course and swing through a few rounds, or sample a morning coffee in one of the stylish cafes in the town. For a countryside gander, don the wellies and trek through the woods to Lindow Moss to find the place where the Lindow Man and various other iron age artefacts were found preserved.

Reviews
The Stanneylands Hotel has received widespread praise with two AA Rosettes for food, a finalist listing for the 2011 Cheshire Life hotel of the year award, and 4/5 courtesy of TripAdvisors. While some opinions varied on the décor, many visitors complimented the hotel’s attentive staff, relaxing atmosphere, and food.
The room was modern and lots of space. Breakfast was a treat, plenty of choice and cooked breakfast served fresh to order ...much better than canteen style! Bar staff very nice and the set eveing [sic] meal was DIVINE!

The staff were very friendly and obliging. We had a very pleasant room overlooking the driveway and the wooded garden - no problems with room. We enjoyed a very relaxing afternoon with the champagne tea, and papers on a very wet Saturday.
