TripAdvisors award Holiday Palace a favourable 4/5 stars. While some guests found the decor old fashioned, reviewers are keen to praise the location, picturesque surroundings, and thoughtful staff.
Hotel itself is not new, but the services are very good. Food is excellent, pool with seawater (one of the best I've seen) warm and clean, nice garden on the side and plenty spots. Corfu Town is 5 min drive with the bus (every 12-15 min) and is worthy pay a visit. The noise from the airport is not a big issue, despite first impression; planes don't fly at night.
