About Warrior Dash
Thundering out over a challenging 5km course, warriors will power through lagoons of mud, across tightropes, up walls, down drops, through trenches and across flaming barriers to drop, exhausted and elated, over the finish line. There follows a medieval homecoming of frothing pints brandished in victorious fists. Being one of the world's largest running series with events on three continents, the organisers are well-versed in the ways of running warriors ragged, and then showering them with glorious rewards.
