£295 for a five night stay for two with breakfast (Up to 63% off)
Sea view apartment with breakfast, use of fitness facilities, mountain bike and kayak use, and fruit and bottled water each day
A small cluster of villas and apartments set back from the shore, Elements Boutique Resort has been designed with specifications of sustainable luxury and eco-tourism in mind. The concept is to offer relaxing retreats, and the resort boasts a plethora of indulgent treatments at the Serenity Spa that are complemented by a gymnasium and fitness suite. Rounding things off with a splash, the cool, 27 metre pool employs a chlorine-free freshwater filter system. But it's not a case of all work and no dinner, as local fishermen bring their daily catch directly to the chefs, with the restaurant using other local produce where possible.
The deluxe sea view apartments have a balcony overlooking the bay towards Samui's Five Islands, catching the sunsets as they flush red over hand-finished bamboo floors. Each apartment has a flat screen TV, full broadband internet access, daily fresh fruit plus bottled water, and a fully-stocked minibar, as well as a bathroom finished in cool slate and marble. Guests can enjoy access to the hotel’s fitness facilities, and can up the fitness kick further with the use of mountain bikes and kayaks.
There are several golf courses on the north side of the island, with fairways winding through coconut forests and steep slopes providing challenging shots. Also consider exploring Bophut’s Fisherman’s Village, where live music and spicy street food is the order of the day, and perhaps sample the diving and snorkelling opportunities the island offers. For an independent adventure on the island, pedal or paddle around on one of the resort's mountain bikes or kayaks.
Tropical climate; warm all year, with some brief spells of rain.
Flights: Flights to Bangkok depart from London, and from there on connecting flights to Ko Samui can be found, with a number of airlines operating locally.
Airport: Minibuses and private taxis to the hotel can be booked at the transport counter in the Arrivals area.
Red buses called songtaews can be a good way of travelling on the island, but it’s a good idea to confirm the fare before you board.

We had a Garden villa with private pool and it was amazing. Very roomy, clean and wonderful. The food was fantastic at the Fai restaurant and even the breakfast what was included was a la carte. The staff was [sic.] all really friendly and helpful. The beach is truly beautiful and all really peaceful. The spa facilities was awesome.

We experienced 5 fantastic days of peace and tranquillity with excellent service. Our Garden Villa was spacious and comfortable. The private plunge pool was a bonus after a daily workout in the well-equipped gym. Superb cuisine at FAI with dinner on the beach being a highlight.
