Staff in both hotel and spa extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Spa treatment lovely. Rooms well equipped and clean - bed very comfortable. Evening meal superb - lots of choice. Everything freshly cooked and beautifully presented.

The stay was a good, the rooms were fairly spacious and kept clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of variety, the location of the hotel was good for Trafford centre, and local towns.
