Both Manor House Hotel and Farnham House Hotel have received 3.5/5 from well-rested TripAdvisors. While some visitors found the decor in both hotels a little old fashioned, many praised the hotels’ facilities, settings, and helpful staff.
The hotel is in a lovely setting and a very quiet area despite the close proximity of the main road. The staff were wonderful - very attentive and polite as well as sensible. The food was very nice indeed with a good choice of freshly cooked items for breakfast.

The location is superb being within a matter of yards from the beautiful Surrey Hills which have extensive walks to suit all tastes. It is also very close to the Merrow Park and Ride if you wish to go into Guidford site seeing or some serious shopping .
