The Hotels
The Grand extends up seven floors to lofty city heights, with the restaurant Café Grand preparing international and Russian delights to order. The Aster sits opposite the Grand, and both provide car services from the reception for the man-about-town types, and are within walking distance to the shops, galleries, and nightclubs. The Breeze and Moyka 5 dip their toes on the embankment for a more peaceful location, with the latter hosting its own art gallery, and breakfast is served in the courtyard. The Central and Express hotels also have scenic courtyards, but are rooted in the hubbub of the Central District for a slice of the action.

Everything went fine during our short visit. Reception staff was very kind and helpful. Very central location and surprisingly nourishing breakfast. 24 h grocery store just 100m away from the hotel.
