After boarding at London’s Victoria coach station, the tour will sweep explorers away to Stonehenge, the monolithic monument that tops the vistas of the Salisbury plains. Unravel the mystery with access to the fabled fast track entrance, before rocking up to the souvenir-shop for some stone-shaped trinkets. With a whole afternoon still ahead, travellers will be whisked to the elegant city of Bath to imbibe some Georgian splendour before heading back to London.
With three and a half hours to spare in Bath, visitors may have time to admire the 18th century Royal Crescent; a curved strip of remarkable Georgian façades, including a museum showing how owners of old may once have lived. Day trippers can also stroll into Regency life with a visit to the city’s Jane Austen Centre, and take tea in the themed tea rooms overlooking Bath’s rooftops. An afternoon in Bath is completed with a visit to its most ancient attraction; the ruins of the Roman baths, which includes a museum exhibiting Roman artefacts.

Groupon Top Tip
Once the coach has dropped you off in Bath, consider using the hop-on hop-off buses to see the sights, as Bath’s hilliness can make walking tiring.
The Stonehenge and Bath tour was excellent! My wife and I enjoyed both aspects of this day-long tour and would certainly recommend it to friends (in fact we already have done so). The bus driver and tour guide both did a great job of keeping us engaged.

Our guide was excellent and had a great sense of humour, the buses were brand new and super comfy, and our driver was lovely and very responsible.
