The hotel was awarded an average score of a not-so-average 4/5 by TripAdivsor users, as they were impressed with the remarkable landscape, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Users on Booking.com were also positive.
The hotel is sumptuous. The rooms are of a high standard and very clean. The food is very good especially the select restaurants on the complex. As good as any restaurant in London and the service is spot on. There are a number of pools each very clean and nice and warm. The snoorkling [sic] is amazing and better than Cairns and the barrier reef.
