Providing access to glacial skiing, wide open bowls, and tobogganing-style tree runs, Chalet Mont Blanc sits on the slopes of Les Arcs, next to an endless array of skiing terrain. Nursery slopes sit at the summits of tempting couloirs and off-piste flurries nest alongside hard-bashed downhill paths, while snaking upwards, a network of 58 lifts carries riders to panoramic views of the Paradiski region. Family restaurants and lively nightlife pad out the après-ski, with free shuttle buses connecting the various villages, and snow-sure slopes keep skiers grinning in all weather conditions.

The Hotel
Gazing across the Tarentaise valley towards the often cloud-capped summit of Mont Blanc, the wooden-clad lodge is named after its impressive view. A hotspot visited predominantly by Brits, the chalet boasts a lively, party friendly bar and ski-in ski-out access with the high-speed Grizzly chairlift just metres from the back door. Serving a British-pub-esque menu proudly, the hotel also offers various lounges spread across the lodge, kitted out with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and Playstation consoles.
The Stay
Getting in around 8am and in time for breakfast, coach travellers can dump their bags in their bedrooms and hit the slopes straight away, with the travel office and ski hire shops a short stroll away from the lodge. Returning back for a spot of afternoon tea, skiers can relax in the bar or soak up some sun on the outdoor decking, and then fill up with dinner later on. Live music nights, happy hours, satellite TV, and karaoke can be enjoyed on various evenings of the week, along with a good old chinwag with fellow British tourists and skiing seasonnaires. 
The Slopes
Les Arcs has skiing for all ages and abilities, from gentle blues, such as La Foret navigating the pine forests above Peisey-Vallandry, to the longest black run in the world, descending from the glacial peaks of 3226m Aiguille Rouge down to Villaroger. Snow-sure slopes and panoramic views are easily accessible on the wide pistes above the tree-line and big kickers, and a boardacross can be found in the Snowpark. Pond-skimming is accessible in the warmer months for those who dare to team snow skiing with water-skiing, and après-ski watering-holes are in abundance, with Vallandry’s neighbour town Arc 1800 famed for some of the liveliest of late night atmospheres.

Transport
Coach:
The snow coach is included in the Groupon, picking up Friday travellers from Heathrow or Dover, or from Cannock for a £10 supplement per person, arriving the next morning at Chalet Mont Blanc. The coach departs the following Saturday at 4.30pm, allowing for a last full day’s ski before heading home.
Groupon Top Tip
Part of the Paradiski group, Les Arcs is interconnected with La Plagne via the Vanoise Express cable car, opening up 425km of pistes in total. A week's Les Arcs ski pass should entitle holders to one day in La Plagne. You can find out at the tourist office when purchasing your pass.

…Fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble, the food was amazing… The skiing was great, so many different areas… The après ski at Chambre Neuf was brilliant, just a stroll from the Chalet.
