The Hotel
Matching the Gothic splendor of its turreted heights with suitably regal facilities, this rural retreat is as comfortable as it is elegantly atmospheric. Hollin Hall adorns its interiors with marbled columns and original fittings, establishing a refined air that carries through to the traditional cuisine of the Ridge Restaurant, where local produce is used whenever possible. The landscaped surrounds of the hotel garden create a refreshingly relaxed air.

TripAdvisors rate Hollin Hall an admirable 3.5/5 stars. Although some guests found the decor old fashioned, reviewers appreciated the quality of food, calming atmosphere and friendly staff.
A weekend break, excellent meal and afternoon tea were all very well delivered by the Hollin Hall staff. Whilst the rooms are a little dated in the rear annex block, they are clean and well prepared. The resteraunt [sic] is second to none and we enjoyed an excellent meal with good wine. The sitting room and bar are lovely and provided the perfect setting for afternoon tea and a night cap. Will certainly be back!
