The hotel is very quaint set in lovely grounds. The staff were very helpful and polite ... We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The only thing I would like to have seen in the suite would be slippers to be partnered with the bath robe provided. The room was big and clean which overlooked a lovely garden where you can sit out when the weather is warm. The facilities are outstanding as the Spa has recently been built/refurbished. The restaurant was ideal for our needs, the food was fantasic [sic] ... – SkiptonYorks, TripAdvisor, Jul 2012
