Framed by the ruined abbey of Bury St Edmunds, this music festival proffers musical fun in the sun of not un-biblical proportions. A three day event, Abbeyfest is headlined by Lulu, a host of Motown’s greatest hits, and Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings. Unspoilt natural beauty is jauntily juxtaposed with funky soul and contemporary pop at this musical camp in the historic market town.

Groupon holders can choose whether they attend the festival on Friday 22nd July or Saturday 23rd July 2011. Friday night is headlined by Lulu and her band with support from Farming Babes and a JLS tribute act. Saturday night features Motown’s Greatest Hits with tribute acts and is headlined by Alexander O’Neal, with support coming from reggae sensation Aswad.
