A world of pure peacefulness can be discovered as back, neck and shoulder muscles are rid of knots and niggles, targeting areas to suit individual needs in a 30 minute massage (£25). Moving on, nails can be freshened with a hydrating mini manicure (£17) or mini pedicure (£18) with nails filed into neat half-moons and cuticles are given a quick touch up. Wrap it up with a lick of OPI lacquer to finish or return to the massage therapist and get either feet and legs or hands and arms a further kneading.
