Situated within 180 acres of the Yorkshire Wolds on a 6140-yard, par-70 course, the wizards of the white orb at The KP make full use of their extensive spread of training facilities to tee up budding golfers and drive them towards putting prowess. The sprawling venue is home this year to one of the UK’s leading amateur golf tournaments, the William Hunt Trilby Tour.
Meeting at 9am, golfers will settle in with a quick coffee and briefing on the day’s proceedings before setting to work tightening up the fundamentals of their golf swings. After swings are flowing more smoothly, tuition will be given on all aspects of the short game, including chipping and putting, before finishing up with a focused session on putting and bunker play. Students can then settle in at the clubhouse and refuel the tanks with a soup and sandwich. Each golfer will also receive an email with video analysis of their swing along with some helpful tips and hints on how to keep improving.
