Bringing an original pinch of Campania to Bridlington's seafront, Bellezza Italian Restaurant serves up authentic dishes straight from the family cookbook. Owner Angela Langton learnt many of her recipes first-hand in her mother’s Naples kitchen, meaning that the menu is traditionally Italian. Many of the chef's ingredients are shipped in directly from Italy, and dough is hand-made, ensuring all dishes are drizzling with authenticity.

Entering through the Yorkies Hotel pool room, which overlooks the sea, guests can watch the waves in motion while contemplating their food orders. The margherita pizza (£5.95) is oven-baked with a thin base. If opting for pasta, the choices consist of Bolognese, lasagne, or carbonara, (all £7.50), with home-made sauce coming as standard. To wash things down, a glass of house red, white, or rosé wine will accompany each meal.
