Playing a neat one-two with health seekers, this fitness complex, which is part of the broader Soccer Sensations Hull venue, hits the back of the net with a sixty-station strong fitness suite and an array of exercise classes that includes boxercise, aerotone, kettlebells, and the fresh and funky dance workout, Zumba. Led by qualified instructors, the varied classes are designed to shake up humdrum workouts and remove cataracts from the eye of the tiger.
Classes last 30-60 minutes and are available six days a week morning and evening, with physique sculptors able to choose from legs, bums, and tums, indoor cycling, aerotone, boxing, abs blast, Zumba, boxercise, body pump, crossfit, kettlebells, and circuits.
