Keen to pass on its fine dining know-how, the restaurant also holds classes on how to host a sleek dinner party, sharing tips on creating a dazzling menu and taming misbehaving swan napkins. Resting on Boar Lane, the city centre restaurant is part of a group of eateries including a patisserie, cafe, and a will-power melting chocolatier.
Diners can awaken their palates with a seven-course tasting menu, beginning with the imaginative flavours of an amuse bouche before moving on to a white onion risotto mingled with parmesan. Culinary delights will then include a serving of smoked goose served besides coconut mousse and cockles, and the beef short rib accompanied by langoustine and bisque. A flight of wine will also keep flavours elevated, with diners sipping a glass for each of the five main savoury dishes, followed by two dessert wines for the sweet finishers.
