The pretty exterior of this established feature of Leeds dining gives way to an elegantly lit restaurant; naan far and wide for being a favourite among students and locals with its late opening hours and delishash zesty house specials like king prawn tikka shashlik (£8.90) and tropical balti (£7.90). Balti King invites Groupon connoisseurs of curried cuisine to feast on £25 worth of aromatic fare, pouring over an extensive menu of vegetable and meat starters, bhaji, naan and pickle sides, and baltis, tandooris and curries cooked to every level of mild and spicy perfection: from fresh and creamy with fruit and nuts, like the lamb kasmiri (£5.50) to very hot with green chillies like the king prawn vindaloo (£7.10). These aromatic combinations of herbs, spices, ginger, coconut and coriander can be had with lamb, prawn, chicken and a host of other meat, fish and vegetable favourites, while succulent starters like fish pakora (£3.30) and lamb chops (£2.50) are sure to get tikka tongues wagging.

I've never ordered takeaway, but for a dine in restaurant, it's got a good ambiance with lovely lighting. The staff are friendly and it's very decent priced.
