The traditions of the centuries old game of golf are given a technological boost at the club’s Nike Golf Academy, where PGA pros tweak games with the use of the latest equipment and facilities. These include a 16 bay floodlit driving range as well as chipping and putting areas.
With a bucket of balls to thwack away at, players can begin their experience with a casual muscle warm up at the floodlit driving range. Stepping out onto the gentle and apparently benign 6459 yard course players may be forgiven for thinking that it will easily be mastered. However, strategically placed bunkers and tree lined fairways will all be conspiring to ruin scorecards so clever shot choices will be crucial.
