Meeting the therapist for the first of three 60 minute sessions, clients can discuss their dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals for the treatment. The practitioner will aim to encourage new behavioural patterns and cognitive links, and will impress positive suggestion as a means of galvanising willpower. Acting in conjunction with balanced meals and regular exercise, the therapy will work towards the establishment of the correct attitude with which to maintain weight management.
