Embracing the maxim, “if it ain’t raining, it ain’t training”, REPS registered fitness coach Rebecca Roach battles the elements and puts health seekers through their paces with a selection of up tempo outdoor workouts. With a focus on functional movements, core stability, and fresh air she adapts workouts to meet the needs of clients of every fitness level. Rebecca is also a qualified nutritional consultant, ready to offer dietary advice for those looking to find out what the correct fuel is for their muscle machine.
Each 45 minute high intensity session consists of a series of bodyweight exercises and a range of routines involving equipment such as medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Ten sessions can be taken over a 12 week period, with three classes available each week in either the morning or evening at Dartmouth Park.
