The restaurant’s fantastic menu covers all aspects of East Asian gastronomy and is divided into four geographically determined areas from the rich and mild, coconutty green curries of Northern Cuisine and the spicy Cambodian style red curries, heady with dried chilies of North Eastern Cuisine to the mild, herb-rich palates of Central Cuisine and the spiciest of all, Southern Cuisine, strongly influenced by Malaysia and India. We love the Gaeng Pa Mou, or jungle curry, which is a delicious pork dish with chili paste, fresh young green beans and holy basil. The Gaeng Keow Waan Gai, a chicken green curry aubergines, pea aubergines, red chili, sweet basil and lime leaves is to die for. We’re sorry, but you can easily find something with less heat like the delicious Phed Nam Makam, roasted duck topped with shredded cucumber and tamarind sauce.
