Gourmands can embark upon an expedition across the Indian subcontinent, with each receiving a starter and main from the á la carte menu, along with a side of mixed vegetables or makhni daal. Starters kick off with the likes of mixed vegetable pakora (£3.95) or raunaq-e-seek lamb skewers (£4.95), while main attractions include dum ki biriani gosht with lamb, bay-leaves, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, served with raita and salad (£12.95), along with classics such as salmon tikka massala (£16.95). Placemats are adorned with a helping of any rice and naan each, with compliments including jeera peas pilaw rice (£3.95) and peshwari naan (£2.95).

Some felt the service could be a little faster at times, though visitors generally found the staff attentive and gave special mention to the quality of the cuisine.

Staff are friendly and the chefs are on view - you can see the food being cooked and the hygiene standards are first rate.

The rice was nice and fluffy, Breads were tasty, not heavy and the curries, full of flavor, spices and with generous cuts of tender meat.
