Each exercise class lasts 45 to 60 minutes, and involves a high intensity workout. A choice of Weight Management Fitness, yogalates, and Zumba is available, and a mixture of three can be taken. The Weight Management Fitness session consists of specific exercises aiming to get the metabolism revved up, while yogalates works to stretch muscles and build a strong core. High tempo Zumba is a blend of Latin dance steps and aerobics, which aims to put some heat into workouts and get hearts pumping at the same time.
