The food selection is no less impressive, with hot, fresh British fare served in a dining area that has views of the brewery at work. 
Individuals or pairs are invited for a beer-based day, involving a brewery tour, three course meal, and drinks. Guests will be guided around the beer-making facilities and will view an educational video to learn more about the process. Having worked up an appetite, visitors will be treated to a three course meal with choices such as steak, chicken, and a vegetarian option. To wash it all down, there will finally be the chance to try two pints of the brewery’s beer, and draughts include the Oatmeal Stout, a dark, rich, creamy stout with an abundance of cereals; and The Blue Brew; a chestnut-coloured composition of Stilton whey and unfermented wort.
