Fare from around the globe is represented at Chef and Spice, where international cuisine is prepared in a 'live kitchen theatre', and served buffet-style every night from Monday through to Friday. Diners will be treated to a buffet meal with a mix of Indian, Chinese, Italian and British food, plus other cuisines. Sections include the tandoori oven, the stir-fry noodle bar, the teppanyaki hot griddle, the salad bar, the pizza station, and the dessert station, including a chocolate fountain.
