What goes on at Experience Limits?
The centre is run by a team of supercar specialists and experienced racing drivers who put guests through their paces on a safe, yet speedy race track. Customers can get behind the wheel of some powerful and iconic motors, and see how fast they dare to go.
Which cars can customers drive?
It can depend on the package chosen, but the Subaru Impreza is a popular choice, with its turbocharged 2-litre boxer engine, and a top speed of 152mph. There's also the Audi R8 which can do 0 to 60mph in 4.2 seconds, or the iconic Lamborghini Gallardo. In the Lamborghini, drivers can choose to use the paddle gearbox or opt for automatic gear changes, and the 5-litre V10 engine can get the machine to a massive 196mph.
What other experiences are available?
There are options for more extravagant days with an increased number of cars to drive, or more laps in each. Those feeling alternative can even try their hand at piloting a hovercraft.
Any advice for first-timers?
All clients must wear flat and sensible driving shoes. It is also recommended to bring some warm clothing as the venues are quite exposed to the wind. Guests will spend around three hours at the circuit, so some money to purchase snacks or drinks on site is a smart option. Spectators are encouraged to come along, and should bring a camera to get some action shots, as well as posed photos with the high-performance machines.
