Participants will each embark on an overnight weekend survival course, going back to basics as they learn fundamental survival skills such as food and water collection and preparation, shelter construction, fire lighting and camp craft. With one night spent in the sticks, survivalists will have to work in unison with a team of up to 15 to make sure that stomachs are satisfied and shelters are correctly shored up before reclining under the stars.
