Waving the flag for flavoursome Spanish fare, diners at Mojo Tapas & Bar share plates of regional delicacies, but keep the vibrant paellas and fruity cocktails to themselves. The central Warrington establishment pays homage to its roots with a colourful tapas menu, a cheerful children’s menu and full-sized main menu embellished with tender cuts of meat, seafood, and Mediterranean style vegetables. Aiming to be one of Warrington’s most exclusive event spaces, private parties can hire out the bar area for a tipple or two, and get their teeth into bite-sized canapés or billowing buffets for any occasion.
Fantástico feasts will be made up of a freshly-prepared paella dish, with choices including the likes of the paella mixta with spicy chorizo, a selection of fish, and roasted vegetables (£9.95) and the paella fruit de mere with prawns, mussels, and squid (£8.95). Tastebuds will then be suitably sweetened with a dessert, such as the chef’s special of the day (£4.25) or hot chocolate fudge cake (£3.95), will all morsels being washed down with a glass of house wine (£4.95) each.
