Created by ex-military professionals, the course includes a slippery slope to scramble atop, a huge wall to climb over, army style tunnels and a mountain of tyres to conquer. And as they want everyone to get involved as much as possible, special routes and challenges can be tailor made to best suit you and your group. Once the adrenaline's pumping you'll also get two hours of paintballing with 200 paintballs (usually £12) chucked in, so you can splatter your friends and show them who really is boss.
