The session commences with a basic introduction and goes on to enlighten patrons on the creation of consistently high quality cupcakes, soft centre fillings, buttercream, icing and swirls. Having expanded the cupcake quarter of the mind, educated students can go on to learn about sugarcraft, its tools and techniques, and how to embellish cakes with carefully constructed sugary masterpieces. During the course, students are fed a fitting tea and cake, and can rest in the knowledge that their cakey creations can be boxed to take home.
