Your treatments will start with a classic 30 minute neck, back and
shoulder massage, followed by a refreshing facial. You can then experience
a hasta-abhyanga treatment - an ancient ayurvedic Indian hand and arm
ritual using marma point massage. The treatment uses powerful healing and
antioxidant properties of mono oils, with light massage on marma points to
relieve stress and tension.
O Spa London has been designed with everything
