Giving waning enthusiasm and humdrum workouts their marching orders, Oisin Devitt puts the fun into functional fitness with high intensity boot camp sessions in South London. Oisin and his team utilise their knowledge and experience to tailor routines to the abilities and fitness goals of all clients. When not leading groups into battle, like his name sake in Irish mythology, Oisin also offers personal training, nutrition consultations, and bespoke injury rehabilitation programs.

Each of the 60 minute sessions is packed full of individual exercise routines and group games to keen hearts pumping and fun flowing. Boredom is kept at bay as a variety of exercises and routines are used to provide an intensive full body workout. The workouts can all be tailored to match the fitness levels of each participant so are suitable for complete beginners or advanced athletes. Sessions take place on Wandsworth Common with sessions available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
