Two or four diners can tuck into a two-course vegan meal while soaking up the atmosphere and abundance of natural light, invited in by vast floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests can peruse the set menu and choose starters such as the pesto au poivre; basil pesto between layers of cashew cheese with a dehydrated pink peppercorn crust (£7). For the main event, options include the Saf pad Thai (£12.80), a raw dish of carrot, courgette and mange tout noodles, sprouted lentils, mung bean, enoki mushrooms and spicy cashews, all tossed in a chipotle almond sauce and topped with fresh coriander and chilies; or for a gluten-free choice, slow-roasted asparagus tips in a chickpea farinata crepe, served with lemon-tarragon aioli and house salad (£10.80).
