Performing a range of restorative, cosmetic and orthodontic treatments in their newly refurbished, six-surgery facility, the dentists at Victoria Dental Centre carry out everything from veneers to bridges and implants to whitening. Just opposite Victoria Station, the contemporary centre puts clients’ comfort first, calming any nerves with in-chair entertainment perks, such as as virtual reality DVDs and the facility to select and listen to music.
Teeth will be checked thoroughly during the dental exam, with radiographic help from an X-ray if necessary. The dentist will then perform the hygiene treatment known as scale and sparkle polish. The three-stage process begins by scraping off cavity-causing plaque and tartar, followed by a polishing tool with a jet of grainy paste to scrub at stains that just won’t quit. The final element is another polish, this time containing diamond particles leaving teeth as gleaming as a glitter-covered snowflake.
