Using their decade of combined experience in the fitness industry, brothers Tim and Stephen Walker have devised an innovative system of outdoor group exercise using circuit training, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX training and body weights. The brothers also encourages members towards long-term training goals without getting stuck on the treadmill, offering diet and lifestyle pointers that may help city-dwellers keep the belly at bay.

Each one hour session is packed full of a blend of cardio and resistance exercises to help get muscles pumped and heart rates raised with routines that aim to engage all major muscle groups. Sessions are designed so participants can take things at their own pace, making them suitable for clients of all fitness levels and with a selection of mid-week morning and Saturday sessions, all schedules should be kept happy.
